The Big Barn
Three floors stepping down to the water, a vaulted event venue, a restaurant, and river-level rentals.
The Plan
A new life for the big barn.
This three-story barn opens at street level on its top floor, with each subsequent floor tapering down toward the river's edge.
The top floor, with its twenty-foot vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, makes an exceptional private event venue for weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings. The second floor can serve as a restaurant and bar, or as a reception area for events above. The bottom floor opens directly onto the river, the perfect home for a bike and kayak rental shop.
